There is a biblical saying that Apostle Paul wrote in Ephesians 4:29. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. The passage simply discouraged unpleasant words and encouraged only good words to be spoken to others. Our words offer heavy weight to others. Individuals interpret the words they hear or listened to in varied ways. Our words impact our coworkers, other family members and in the neighborhood. Words are really powerful, when spoken carelessly, can break dispositions of others, but if the words spoken are pleasant, it create good feelings among people. When people feel good about themselves and in every situation, they encounter, there will be less problem. Life will be more pleasant and comfortable, harmony will prevail, because of some magical words.

What are some words that may create magic in dealing with our co-employee or co-teachers? Individuals are familiar with them, however, others do not care to use them because they are unaware of the magic that these words create.

One such word is thank you and its rejoinder, you’re welcome. Probably, you never knew that these words can create magic. How many of you have responded to the guard of a fast food who says thank you sir, madam. Remember, the fast food guard was trained to be friendly and polite to the fast food customers, or a client in your office who says thank you sir, madam. Did you ever respond to them?

Another word that can create magic is I’m sorry. Many people are hesitant to say these two little words. Not knowing that when you uttered these words, the pain will be healed. Disappointments will be forgotten, and heartaches will be forgiven. One word of caution when you say these two little words, you must be sincere in saying them.

The last among these three words is the word Please.in making requests, people should never forget to say please. It creates good feelings to the person who will receive it in the process.

Let us not forget these words, they create miracles.
