September 17, 2008 – Both pubic and private schools in the City Division have once more proven that excellence is their target when champions in the three categories came from both sectors.

Certificates and cash gifts from Balanga City Mayor Joet S. Garcia were awarded through Rudy de Mesa, City Administrator and Dr. Lilia M. Santiago, City SDS.
