Would you dare to soak in a fluvial contour of grandeur and mystery? Or would you march through the podium of stillness and freedom?

Bataan is undeniably one of the richest provinces in the Philippines when talking about natural wonders and assets. From its majestic and emerald green mountain ranges stretching throughout the Peninsula down to its crystal-like horizons, Bataan has been successfully proving its irresistible splendor over the years. Its magic offers an enchanting and memorable experience to all its local and international tourists.

One of the very well-known tourist spots in the archipelago is the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, a 400-hectare estate made up of old but classic Spanish-inspired traditional houses. The place features heritage houses which were transported from different places around the country and constructed brick by brick in the province.

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar serves as a time machine to those who wish to travel back in the 18th century Philippines. As you start walking on its cobbled stones, the place reveals its rich and unparalleled wonders. Every casa or house harbors a long and unique tale of love and culture.

Aside from Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, Bataan also cradles some of the great seas and bodies of water in the country. Its crystalline water offers a grandiose horizon of coral formations and different schools of fishes. Nature also carved impeccable masterpieces of mountain ranges. Its green pastures give relaxing panorama to all those who are weary of seeing the busy lights of the metropolis. One of these is the famous Mt. Samat.

But more than its unique features and wonders, Bataan is also known to be as the Land of Valor. One of the dark pages of Philippine history happened in the province of Bataan --- the historical Death March where thousands of Filipino soldiers left their lives on line just to make this country free.

Liberty. It has been the legacy of all those brave men who fought for this land. The very liberty for which the Filipinos of yesterday died and made Bataenos into what are they today. Sufferings and agony have been the Bataenos foundation to make this archipelago a land not only of wonders but also of heroes.

Encapsulated in its irresistible wonders is the tale of sacrifices and heroism, the very reason why Bataan is the perfect haven for those people who love history and wonders.
