2018 Annual Physical Examination of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel in the SDO Balanga City

The Schools Division, thru its School Health & Nutrition Unit, is conducting its 2018 Annual Physical Examination of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel which started last Tuesday, April 24, and will commence until Friday, April 27, 2018.
The purpose of the activity is to determine the health status of employees in order to prevent the occurrence and/or progression of illness especially communicable diseases, and ensure that all employees are physically fit to carry-out assigned tasks. The personnel were divided into four clusters and was scheduled a day each. The assigned venue for specimen collection for the first three days is the SDO Conference Room, then the last day would be at the Bataan National High School covered court.
Among the laboratory tests to be conducted are chest x-ray, urinalysis, complete blood count, blood chemistry and optional ECG for personnel 40 years old and above. Results that are indicative of illness will be referred accordingly to RHU physician or Doctor Specialist.
The annual Physical examination is mandatory to all personnel under permanent position, but everyone is free to choose own service provider and may be exempted if with previous laboratory test results that are still valid.
