            Of all the feelings in this world, why stress? Stress is a response to pressure or threat. Under stress we may feel tense, nervous, or on edge. We feel that everything seems to have become too much - we are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us.

            Maybe it is just an expression to others, but to many people, it is one of the symptoms than can trigger different kind of illness. What would be the best things to do to cope up with stress?

            First, since it is a response to a pressure or threat, you should not be pressured on the things that you are having every time, let the work flows smoothly in your hands. Enjoy the work every day and for sure, the pressure that you are feeling will be gone. Then, make yourself ready every minute of your day, you may not know the task that will come on your way, so be ready on it. Being ready will boost your confidence to do the task, that there will be no pressure that you can feel while working. Lastly, stay focus on the things that you are doing. Focusing on the task that you are doing will let you feel comfortable, and feel so easy to do it. Pressure will not be pressure at all.

            So when you are stress, just breathe and do the best that you can. Do not let the stress control your day. Just relax and keep it cool and stay focus on the task that you have for that day.

            Kelly Clarkson once said, “God will never give you anything you can’t handle, so don’t stress.”
